A small software company that runs its own products.

Tech Work Solutions Ltd builds, hosts and supports the software it sells. Every product started as a real problem inside a real business.

Years of building for other people taught us what to build for everyone.

We spent years designing and building bespoke websites, apps and business systems. The same requests kept coming back: letting managers drowning in channel calendars, sites with no reliable record of who was on the premises, service businesses running jobs off a whiteboard and a WhatsApp group.

So we turned that work into products. Stayant, Taskant and TrackIn carry everything we learned from those builds, priced so a single business can run software that used to take a custom project to get.

You get the same person on email either way. We host it, we fix it, and we keep shipping to it.

Common questions

Will you help us get set up?+

Yes, and it is included. We book a screen-share call on a weekday evening, add your properties or sites with you, connect your channels and import your existing records. Support after that comes from the same UK team that built the software.

Can I try before I pay?+

Yes. Stayant has a free trial with no card required, and TrackIn is on the App Store. Import your properties or people and see whether it fits before anything is charged.

What does it cost?+

Stayant is £10 per month plus £15 per property, monthly or yearly, with no per-booking fees. TrackIn starts free on the App Store. Taskant pricing will be published before launch.

Do I have to move everything at once?+

No. Most people connect one channel or one site first, run it alongside what they have for a few weeks, then move the rest. We will help with the import.

Can you add something we need?+

Often, yes. Requests from customers set the roadmap. If it is genuinely specific to your business, we can talk about a bespoke piece alongside the product.

Where is my data held, and can I get it out?+

Hosted on UK/EU infrastructure in a managed database cluster. Every change is logged as it happens, so we can restore to any moment in the last seven days, and a separate offsite copy is taken every hour. Exportable to CSV at any time. If you leave, you take your records with you.
